This half term, it has been lovely to see some of our Year 1 families taking part in a ‘Sow and Grow’ course led by Sandwell Adult and Family Learning Services on Wednesday afternoons. They have been using our Year 1 area to learn how to grow their own fruit and vegetables, understanding why insects are important when growing plants and enjoying gardening activities together. Well done to all of the families who took part!
