This week, Year 6 had a really inspiring talk linked to their current History topic, World War 2. Mrs Smith's Dad very kindly came into school to give our pupils a first-hand account of life as a child throughout the war in the local area. The pupils thoroughly enjoyed the visit and loved seeing a range of historical items, such as ration books, helmets and photographs.
