With over 16 years of dedicated experience in the education sector, I have had the privilege to shape young minds and foster their growth. My journey began as a Teacher of Health and Social Care and leader of PSHCE for 12 years within the secondary sector in Sandwell. I then spent a further 4 years as Curriculum Manager of Learning Technologies and Head of Department for Health and Social Care at a 6th form college in Birmingham. Following that, I returned to the largest college in Sandwell, where I currently serve as Programme Achievement Manager of Work Experience and Enrichment, Business Studies, Computing, and Engineering.

I am currently pursuing an MSc in Senior Leadership and Strategic Management, driven by my unending passion for learning and developing the talents and skills of young people. I am deeply committed to understanding each learner's next steps and providing an invaluable support network to the students at Temple Meadow. My dedication is to ensure every young person can realise their full potential and achieve their aspirations.
