Dear Families,

It’s hard to believe that December is already here and Christmas has arrived at Temple Meadow! Our Headboys and Headgirls have done a fantastic job decorating our Christmas tree, which is now proudly displayed in the Dance Studio. The festive spirit is truly starting to fill our school.

Next week marks the beginning of our Christmas events, with exciting activities planned such as our Christmas Jumper Day, Christmas Dinner, and rehearsals for our upcoming performances. It’s always a joyful time of year, and we can’t wait to share these special moments with our families.

Christmas Jumper Days

As you may be aware, National Christmas Jumper Day takes place on Thursday, 12th December. This year, all fundraising efforts will go to Save the Children. We are inviting all children to wear their Christmas jumper on this day, with a small voluntary contribution that should be made in cash.

In addition, our Christmas Dinner will be held on Wednesday 11th December, and children are welcome to wear their Christmas jumper on this day to add to the festive spirit.

Finally, as we celebrate the end of the Autumn term on Friday 20th December, children are once again invited to wear their Christmas jumper to mark the occasion.

Year 6 Boys Football

A group of Year 6 boys recently visited the WBA Dome to compete in a football tournament against other local schools. They worked incredibly well as a team, demonstrating impressive football skills and scoring numerous goals.

Their excellent performance led them to the quarter-finals. The children had a fantastic time representing Temple Meadow and displayed outstanding sportsmanship towards their fellow competitors.
