A Magical Christmas Story Performance What a joy it was to watch our Year 1 and Year 2 children bring the Christmas spirit to life during their wonderful Christmas Story performance! The singing was heartwarming, the narration beautifully delivered and Year 2's Glockenspiel performance added a delightful touch of musical magic. A huge well done to all the children and staff for their hard work in creating such a festive treat! Thank you to all the families who came along to support and celebrate – your encouragement means so much. There were so many of you! We will have to consider seating arrangements moving forward to ensure as many of you as possible can sit comfortably. The Christmas season has truly begun at Temple Meadow!
Community Clean-Up Success! A huge well done to our amazing children who took part in the community litter pick this week in Cradley Heath! With the help of local councillors John Tipper, Vicki Smith, and Julie Webb, our children rolled up their sleeves and made a big difference in keeping our area clean and green. Together, we collected bags of litter and showed the power of community spirit. It's so inspiring to see our children actively engaging in making their town a better place for everyone. A big thank you to the councillors for joining us and for their continued support!
A huge thank you to Dialogue Society for their wonderful session with our Year 4-6 children yesterday. They delivered an engaging and thought-provoking workshop focused on enhancing equality, diversity, and inclusion, with a special emphasis on British values such as democracy, the rule of law, and mutual respect. The children thoroughly enjoyed listening to various faith leaders and gained valuable insights on fostering social cohesion. We're so grateful for this opportunity to support our children's understanding of these important topics. Our thanks to Mr Ozal for connecting us with the Dialogue Society as a Parent Governor.
Tomorrow is National National Christmas Jumper Day and this year, all fundraising efforts will go to Save the Children. We are therefore inviting all children to wear their Christmas jumper with their school uniform tomorrow, with a small voluntary contribution that can be made via cash. We can't wait to see our children in their Christmas Jumpers!
Tomorrow is our Christmas Dinner Day! Check out our delicious menu below! We are encouraging children to wear their Christmas jumpers alongside their school uniform to get into the festive spirit! Please note our usual jacket potato option won't be available tomorrow. To book your child's Christmas Dinner, please make a £2.60 payment via ParentPay to the 'TM Pupil Meal' payment item.
